I bring over two decades of experience across law enforcement, U.S. Navy military operations, insurance sales, and nonprofit leadership. That background shaped how I operate today: precision matters, systems win, and results are the only metric that counts. From coordinating damage control operations during wartime to building trusted client relationships across multiple insurance carriers, my career has been built on execution, integrity, and performance under pressure.

At Rise Digital Media, I apply that same discipline to HVAC growth. I work directly with owners who are tired of seasonal chaos, low-quality leads, and agencies that overpromise and underdeliver. My role is to install repeatable marketing and sales systems that produce higher-value calls, more booked installs, and scalable operations that don’t rely on luck or “busy seasons.”

I’m married to my best friend and confidant, Stacy Popish—former homecoming queen, proud Blair, NE native, mother of four, grandmother of four, and daughter of the Most High God. Omaha, Nebraska is home for us both. Stacy is an accomplished insurance consultant specializing in home and auto coverage, serving her clients with confidence, care, and clarity.

Outside of business, we value faith, family, and the outdoors. We enjoy travel, writing, and capturing the beauty of God’s creation through photography. We’re proud parents to a blended family of six adult children and are blessed with four grandchildren who keep us grounded and grateful.
