Driven to make an impact with my life, I joined the United States Air Force a decade ago. After a wild, roller-coaster ride of a career as a fighter pilot, I'm embarking on a new adventure.

Combining my passions of cooking, brewing and learning, I'm building a social enterprise to tackle the problem of food poverty.

I enjoy artisanal food, craft beer and good stories. Whether eating escargot in the Marrakech Medina or brewing beer with home-grown hops I love sharing new experiences.
