As a numeric geoscientist, I find myself fascinated by a litany of topics: magma & ice sheet dynamics, reactive transport in porous media fluid flow, computational fluid dynamics, finite element analysis, and why Kanye’s verse in 2-Chainz Birthday Song is so bad. Is he joking or something? Does he actually think that those leather pants are cool?

As a curious and enthusiastic academic, I hope to shed light onto these topics, and contribute to answering other such questions whose answers have long been the subject of scholarly debate.

Aside from my intellectual pursuits, I enjoy watching college basketball, running, vegetarian cuisine, speling words good and doing grammar good too; vintage soul records, garage rock, gangsta rap, tacos, pen plotters, art, design, working on my spring collection, and drinking Olde English 800 alone on Valentine's day.
