Jake Millar is a 21-year-old New Zealand-born new-media and education entrepreneur currently expanding his second venture into the United States. A born risk-taker (he did his first skydive aged 5!), Jake turned down a $40,000 law scholarship when he was 18-years-old, sold his car and founded OOMPHER, his first startup. Less than one year later OOMPHER was acquired by the New Zealand Government. Jake is the first teenager ever in New Zealand to sell a business to the Government. Excited to do it all again, Jake co-founded Unfiltered in November 2016 where he currently acts as CEO. Unfiltered is changing business media globally, allowing entrepreneurs and business leaders to learn directly from the world’s greatest business minds. Contributors include Sir Richard Branson,Tesla Co-Founder Ian Wright and WeWork Co-Founder Miguel McKelvey. Jake proudly says that he is setting out to build the world’s most trusted and exclusive business media company. A big goal, but Jake is not an entrepreneur who dreams small: “I am only interested in building world-changing businesses.”
