Attorney Jake Posey

After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Baylor University. Upon graduation, Jake Posey attended Texas A&M University School of Law to pursue his goal of becoming an attorney. While working toward his Juris Doctor, he earned a place within the Texas Wesleyan Order of Barristers and the National Order of Barristers. Jake Posey also maintained a consistent presence on the Dean’s List. After graduating, he established himself as a successful business law and government relations attorney.
Since 2006, he has led his own law firm in Austin, Texas. The professional database and rating organization Super Lawyers named him a “Rising Star” from 2008 to 2014.
In addition to representing clients, Mr. Posey has authored multiple law articles and reports. He has also spoken before industry professionals at meetings of organizations such as the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants.
