Jake Salters

I am a Private First Class (PFC) in the U.S. Army Pennsylvania National Guard (25H - Network Communications Systems Specialist) with a strong foundation in IT, networking, and cybersecurity. As a high school and college student, I am actively expanding my expertise in computer hardware, software, and networking technologies while gaining hands-on experience as a Technical intern at Willow Computer Services.

I hold several industry certifications, including:

✔ Cisco CCST Networking

I am proficient in networking, computer hardware/software troubleshooting, and have foundational knowledge of Java and Python programming. Additionally, I enjoy helping people with IT issues.

Outside of IT and academics, I have two years of leadership experience as a Shift Leader at Rita's, demonstrating my ability to manage teams, problem-solve, and work in fast-paced environments.

I'm always looking for new opportunities to grow my skills and contribute to the IT, cybersecurity, and networking fields.
