Jake Wisse

Originally from Charleston, SC, I started studying percussion at 13 years old and performed with the Wando High School marching and symphonic bands as well as the Clemson University symphonic band. I graduated from Clemson in 2009 with a B.S. in Physics, concentration in Mathematical Sciences.

I'm currently attending the College of Charleston in pursuit of my second undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Computer Science. I couldn't be happier with my decision to study CS, and I'm always in search of new projects and ways to become more involved in the software development community. As of June 2013, I work at BoomTown! as a software engineer intern, and I'm loving life as a boomer!

I have been playing drums for local Charleston band High Tide since 2009, and starting this year I am also playing for Dave Seitz & the King St. Band.

I have been surfing since as long as I can remember and don't intend on giving it up anytime soon. :)
