Jakki Broughton-Rucker

Based in Atlanta, Georgia Jacqueline “Jakki” Broughton-Rucker, SPHR,
is an experienced and seasoned Senior Human Resources Generalist/Manager
/Director with a gift for sourcing great talent. Helping others and those less fortunate
reach their goals is her highest priority. Her extensive knowledge allows her
to make complex policies and procedures attainable, provide clear and precise
employee relations, and set the standard for building successful teams.
Jakki has more than two decades of accomplishment-laden Human Resource
experience in healthcare, manufacturing, non-profits and social service.

This experience includes interviewing and hiring more then 25000 applicants and provide seamless leadership and management to start-ups and large established companies. She has surpass the most optimistic hopes of many of her employers achieving 100% retention rating. Her ability to respond to ever changing market and “wear many hats” in efforts to meet and/or exceed corporate goals and challenges is beyond reproach. When tasked with providing leadership through growth, and turnaround situations, she repeatedly proved her ability to deliver strong and sustained results.

Most recently, Jakki was faced with writing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures, which affected many business areas, she exceeded expectation. Jakki is also credited as the visionary and leader behind an aggressive plan to shift culture competences and lead the organization through a life style change in diversity. Along with Volunteering for Hiring for Hope, Inc. which has given her the title of "The Angel Maker". A true charitabity heart to give back and pay forward to all who needs a helping hand to get back to work. Throughout her years in her HR career, Jakki has had the opportunity to establish a strong network of contacts.
