Jakob Glogauer

Jakob Glogauer is a recent graduate of the Radio and Television Arts (RTA) program at Ryerson University, with a minor in political science. He has a great passion for writing and research, connecting sports to current affairs, as well as using creative thinking to expand his interest in public policy development.

It is Jakob's current career goal to work within the think tank industry to expand various forms of policy such as global affairs, economics and defence-related issues into important concepts within the public sphere of debate. While he still may be a student, he has gained more than four years of experience either writing or researching important public policy matters. This experience includes internships at not-for-profit organizations, established Canadian-based think tanks, sports magazines, and at Ryerson University itself.

Jakob aspires to be a writer or researcher, informing the public and government alike on important policy issues that impact Canadians at home and abroad. Specifically, the think tank establishment of Canada is where he believes he would find a meaningful career, providing important briefs, reports and advancing Canadian interests.
