Jakob Hebart
PhD Zeppelin University and Ex GFT Technologies SE in Munich, Germany
Hi,
I am Jakob, an entrepreneurial professional with a strong background in technology and a passion for innovation. My professional journey began with an Internship in Barcelona, Spain and a three-year dual study program at the technology company GFT Technologies SE. This formative experience transitioned into a role as a Junior Business Marketing Manager, where I developed reference marketing strategies and managed projects in content marketing, campaign management and corporate branding.
My pursuit of deeper insights led me to academia, where I’ve thrived as a Research Associate at Zeppelin University since 2019. At the “Chair of Economic & Transport Policy” headed by Prof. Dr. Alexander Eisenkopf I taught undergraduate lectures in Economics and Environmental Economics and got awarded for excellence in univesity teaching. Simultaneously, I’ve advanced research in transport policy, representing findings at esteemed conferences and publishing in academic journals, and even securing EU funding for projects.
Complementing my professional life, I hold a Ph.D. in Economics (pending), a Master’s in Management and Economics, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Outside work, I am drawn to outdoor pursuits like hockey and cycling, while my interests in politics and economics, urbanism and Chinese culture keep me intellectually curious. Further, I enjoy my volunteering work for “El Pueblo Unido e.V.”, HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd and a local hockey club.
Guided by integrity and curiosity, I’m motivated to connect with forward-thinking HR professionals who value diverse experiences and a cooperative spirit. Together, I hope to create meaningful change while continuing to grow personally and professionally.
Sincerely,
Jakob
