I’m a husband and father who enjoys reading, running and writing. I use he/him/his pronouns.

Experienced attorney and counselor with a person-centered approach to helping organizations address complex compliance challenges, effectively manage risk and navigate evolving regulatory environments in the areas of employment, higher education, privacy and health law. Demonstrated success at providing strategic support and leadership in efforts to foster supportive work and learning environments in higher education and the non-profit sector.

I am the Chair of the Board of the Youth Justice Network in New York City, an organization dedicated to helping young people from all walks of life develop and thrive in the community.

I also lead the Yale African American Affinity Group’s Men’s Health Initiative, which is focused on empowering people from the Greater New Haven area with health education, and serve as co-chair of Yale’s Disability Alliance at Yale, our employee affinity group for employees impacted by disability.

In my spare time, I write about pop culture.
