Jamar Hudson is a media professional with nearly 10 years of experience in print, digital media and online journalism.

Hudson, 31, currently serves as the Digital Communications Coordinator for the American Association for Justice (AAJ), focused on promotin a fair and effective justice system—and to supporting the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests. This latest role comes after serving as Senior Editor for PR News in Rockville, Md.

From 2006-2012, Hudson served as an editor for ESPN.com in Bristol, CT and New York City. In this role, he worked on the online coverage for the NFL and all New York-based sports.

A 2004 graduate of Hampton University, Hudson has previous experience with media heavyweights Gannett and E.W. Scripps.

Hudson provides mentorship to aspiring young journalists and media consultation to established professionals. He firmly believes in giving back to students and helping fellow journalists as the same was done for him.

Hudson currently resides in the Washington, D.C. area.
