I am a Christian, belonging to the RPCNA, a traditional Reformed Presbyterian denomination- true to the Scriptures and the Westminster Standards, a capella Psalmody, etc. I believe in the 5 Solas, the 5 Points, the Sovereignty of God and the Crown Rights of King Jesus.

I grew up on a small Illinois farm back in the 60s and have always yearned to return to the rural life. These days I am trying to live by Christian agrarian principles as far as possible- worshipping at a small, traditional, local church, realizing the importance of home & family, community & localism, striving to be a good steward, simplifying my life as much as possible, etc.

I am interested in the Bible, Calvinism, theonomy, traditionalism, agrarianism, distributism, localism, theology, apologetics, philosophy, history, and science.

Favorite Quote: "I believe we would be happier to have a personal revolution in our individual lives and go back to simple living and more direct thinking. It is the simple things of life that make living worthwhile, the sweet fundamental things such as love and duty, work and rest, and living close to nature." -Laura Ingalls Wilder, July 1917
