James Drake has spent years focused on publishing science and medicine journals. After getting a biochemistry degree from the University of Leeds, he started down the path of publishing and founded Ashley Publications Ltd. and Expert Reviews Ltd. He then went on to build the Future Science Publishing Group, working as Founder and Chairman there. His work has extended into philanthropist ventures, including the Drake Foundation that researches brain injuries and sports concussions in the hopes of better understanding athlete safety and neurodegenerative diseases, like Alzheimer’s. He put the Drake Calleja Trust in place to help support aspiring musicians.
