I have been called many things during my career and it's fair to say that at one time or another they have probably all been true. Having spent some time travelling I tried my hand at a number of jobs in a range of industries including Investment, Insurance, Recruitment and finally Employee Benefits. What they all had in common was that they were all roles dealing with customers or clients which was where I seemed to be happiest!
I heard about Reward Gateway while working for Jordan Media who supplied a range of Gift Cards to Reward Gateway for their excellent employee engagement programs. Seeing what a fast growing dynamic company it is I knew instantly I wanted in. When I had to move to London from Kent I took my opportunity to join the company. Since then I have not looked back and see the move as a major turning point in my life.
I have been at Reward Gateway now since October 2010 as part of the Client Services team. Initially I was based in London but in February 2012 I moved permanently to Sydney, Australia to head up the Client Services Teams. Reward Gateway Australia is doing fantastically well and is growing from strength to strength, learning all the time from the experiences of the UK company and also the valuable feedback from our awesome clients. We have some great clients who are a pleasure to work with, including McDonalds, Volvo, Accenture, Fortescue Metals Group, Pepsico, Optus and many many more. We have put together a fantastic team in Sydney and Melbourne who are passionate about what we do and dedicated to maintaining Reward Gateways position as the global leader in Employee Engagement.
