Hey there, My name is James Lim.

I am an international student from Malaysia currently studying RTA-Media Production at Ryerson University in downtown Toronto. I am a media student who is passionate about performing and television video production. I took an American Degree Transfer Program before pursuing my study in Canada.

Growing up, I’ve always been interested in performing, television editing and directing. I’ve been in a drama club for 6 years in my high school years. The reason I choose to study media production over performing arts is that I wish to learn more about the behind the scene. During my free time, I also will be creating some designs which I self-taught myself.

My dream is to produce my own films, tv shows and documentaries that would benefit society and bring awareness to the world as well as becoming an Actor. I will not stop pursuing my dreams to become who I want to be even though many people told me it is impossible and is a hard journey, but I believe in myself that I can do it!
