As a former owner of his own real estate franchise, James McElroy is well versed in the practices and ethical standards demanded in the ownership of a brokerage. When joining Abbott & Caserta, McElroy brought to the table, along with his own personal experiences, a unique sales and marketing team of individuals, each with their own strengths and expertise.
