Over the past fifteen years he has been heavily involved in the restructuring and development of Model Talent Development, Corp. Model Talent Development, Corp., also known as MTD, is the industry leader in model and talent development and marketing. MTD is the longest operating Development Center on the east coast with 16+ years operating.

James has taken the company from its "Mom and Pop" small operations to the multi-million dollar company it is today. With his focus on development of industry professional relations, he has increased the success rate of the company two-fold while still keeping intact the personal attention that is given to each and every client.
