Jim is into Attitude Adjustment. He feels that it is important to change the mind of the individual in order to affect different results, especially in the case of business owners. For more than 30 years Jim has put entrepreneurs and business owners on the right track to success. As Chief Coach of The Xtra-Ordinary Business Builders, Inc. he believes in motivating, training, educating and getting to those "reticular activators" that shape both behavior and action.
Jim is a Professional Business Coach as well as a Certified Business Planning Trainer, a Certified Financial Literacy Trainer, Certified Marketing Administrator and Certified Facilitator for the Ewing Marion Kaufman Foundation’s FastTrac Programs. He is also a Certified Economic Development Professional. Jim served on the faculty of C.W. Post, Long Island University, as a business planning trainer and Co-Coordinator of Corporate Training. He also served on the business advisory board of the Katharine Gibbs School.
Jim is a radio program host for The Building Your Xtra-Ordinary Business Radio Show which can be heard on www.blogtalkradio.com/Jim-Nemley. He is also a contributor on Verizon’s Fios1’s Money & Main Street.

Jim is also the Principle of the Pathfinders Life Coaching and Christian Life Coaching. He is a Certified Life Coach as well as a Christian Life Coach. He received his certifications from New Life Christian Coach, Inc.

Jim is also an Ordained Minister and is married and has six children and 2 grandchildren.
