Growing up in Colorado since 1979 I was raised on Broncos Football! I have played football from Junior High through High School and even during my time in the Marine Corps. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Army National Guard where I served my country for 7+ years as an infantry squad leader (Marine Corps) and as a Blackhawk (UH-60) helicopter mechanic (Army National Guard).
Since 2001 I have been employed as an IT, Marketing and Social Media consultant, working for a national non-profit organization. I am currently enrolled at Post University (Waterbury, CT) and am pursuing my degree in Sports Management. Both in school, as well as on my own, I have studied the game, the business and the art of professional football. I feel that I have the skill set as well as the passion for making the game day experience the absolute best in all of North American sports.
In early 2011, during the NFL work stoppage, I was asked by Commissioner Roger Goodell if I would be willing to work with the League on creating a League-wide Fan Advisory Council. This council would enlist selected season ticket holders for all 32 teams in working with the League to enhance the quality of the game day experience. The Fan Advisory Council is designed to assist team and league executives in the evaluation and enhancement of the overall fan experience. It is comprised of season ticket holders from varied backgrounds from each of the 32 franchises. Members of the Fan Advisory Council would have direct access, both online and face-to-face, with various team and league executives. They would also have an open online forum to share their thoughts and ideas with those at both the team and league levels who can implement change.
To summarize, I am again looking for an opportunity to serve the fans of the National Football League through improving the stadium and game day experience.
