James Squires

James Squires is a seasoned manufacturing and quality professional that specializes in Technical Problem Solving. He prides himself in quickly solving the chronic, the long standing and the “impossible to solve” technical issues, and in training and coaching others to be able to do the same. His methods are simple, yet powerful. Anyone can learn to be a competent and confident problem solver in his no prerequisite (3) day structured problem solving course.

Over the course of his 25+ year career, he has taught and worked in 80 countries. His projects have improved products and processes from nearly every imaginable commodity, saving client companies millions of dollars. James holds a BS in Applied Engineering from Michigan State University, an MBA from Eastern Michigan University, and is a Systems Engineering Ph.D Candidate at Colorado State University. He is a Red X Master, 6 Sigma Master Black Belt, a Program Management Professional, and a veteran who proudly served in the USMC.
