My name is James Robert Tedford II, please call me Ted. I have been successfully representing people injured as a result of someone else's negligence for over twenty years.

I first became interested in the personal injury field when I was a law student. At the beginning of my second year of law school my car was struck from behind and totaled by an uninsured driver. As a result, I sustained serious injury to my cervical discs. I learned firsthand the difficulties one faces when traversing the insurance claims minefield.
