James Vani

James Vani comes from a diverse background. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, he was exposed to self-employment at a young age. Initially, James and his father worked on a building site for their first jobs. His curiosity about real estate led him to get involved in RE financing. After more than ten years of self-improvement in the mortgage financing industry, Jim started to transition back into the construction industry. Over the years, James Vani has overseen several general contracting businesses, both residential and commercial. His extensive knowledge of finance and real estate makes him a valuable addition to the real estate industry. Currently, he is overseeing the Commercial Construction division of Prestige Group in Downers Grove, Illinois.
