James Lee, Esq

James Lee is the owner of THE LEE FIRM LLC. James Lee hails from the great city of Chicago; however he has had the opportunity to reside in many states, Pennsylvania being one of them. In 1995 James graduated from Rochester High School located in Rochester, Pennsylvania and eventually matriculated to Cheyney University receiving his BA in Criminal Justice in the year 2000. In 2004, James furthered his education by receiving his Masters in the Administration of Justice at Wilmington College in Delaware. Subsequently, James went to Thomas Cooley Law School receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2009.

During his time at Thomas Cooley, James served in many organizations, such as the Black Law School Association and American Bar Association. James also was a Teacher's Assistant and competed on the National Mock and Moot Court National Teams.

James experience through law school has set a solid foundation for him to provide superior legal representation for his clients. As a professional, he practices in the area of Criminal Law, Family Law, Personal Injury, Civil Rights Violations and Complex Civil Litigation. James’ lawsuits based on Civil Right Violations ranges from Police Brutality, Second Amendment violations, Section 1983 violations, 14th and 5th Amendment violations. Some of these lawsuits have received extensive press coverage.

James is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has also been admitted into the Easter District of the PA and NJ Federal Bar.
