Throughout a lifetime of trial and error (lots of errors - only human) and a true desire to break through the blocks and learn how to be the best version of me, I realise that people aren't broken and don't need fixing, that we are given everything we need to Live the Life We Desire - sometimes we just don't know what that Life is! I found that there is no magic elixir, no iPad app that can fast-track the process, no Smartphone that makes you smarter - just good Self Awareness and Courage to learn, change and grow. It's the Courage that says "my life is worth more than this BS!" and then you step into the Leadership Role of your Life!
