Born 33 years ago in Chichester, England, a city famous for it's yachting and water-sports.(scenes from the hit James Bond film A Spy Who Loved Me were shot in the harbor). As a young boy I remember walking the beach watching the boats come and go. I would daydream about captaining my own ship. I was given that opportunity when my grandfather brought his hand built GP14 to the Marina. I took the helm for the first time. I was 7 years old. My love for the sea and boats grew even more.

At 14, my sister and I were very fortunate to partake in a family vacation to Cape Town, South Africa. I remember looking out the window of the plane down at the beautiful blue waters from 12,000 metres. We had been travelling 4 hours but only a third of the way there. The seas and oceans never seemed to end

I'm a Chichester educated man having attended the Boys School and the University of Arts and Science majoring in Leisure and Tourism.

In my spare time I love to cook healthy dishes using local fresh produce, practice Bikram yoga and read and/or listen to novels.

Travelling and exploring is in my genes. I've been lucky enough to travel,work,volunteer or visit as a tourist 40+ countries in the last 12 years. In June of 2012, I chose to settle in Barcelona, Spain.

I'm now combining my two passions to build a lifestyle business: Entrepreneurship and Sailing. My startup is called www.floaturboat.com. Floaturboat is a social website that connects boat owners who have space to spare with those who are looking for a place to stay.
