Working in the Outdoor Education sector for 12 years focusing primarily on working with the most marginalised communities, designing creative programmes and expeditions which take a holistic approach to learning. Programmes which allow people to take a journey of self-discovery through an exploration of the personal, social, cultural and natural contexts in which they travel. Currently living in the remote foothills of the Manaslu range in Nepal working with young people and communities hungry for change.

This blog intends to discuss the potential of Outdoor Education in the developing world for the evolution of young people and their communities. It also aims to provide a platform for discussion on the potential and purpose of Outdoor Education in developing countries.
