James Ramos

James Ramos was born in Tampa, graduate of University of Florida in Economics and Emory's Goizueta Business School. Ramos, the youngest in a family of 5 boys, started his career as an analyst with General Mills. While advancing in the Consumer Product Goods Industry for 18 years, Ramos worked a broad range of roles: sales, marketing, finance and product development. Having the opportunity to work on some of America’s leading consumer brands, Ramos learned to develop winning teams, create great product and offer award winning service. Ramos decided to move back to Tampa in 2004, follow his passion of real estate development. Since that time, Ramos has added integral divisions: construction, architecture, real estate and finance. Ramos believes in servant leadership and devotes his time to recruiting and the retention of key members that hold the same passion and integrity the Ramos Family is known. His main office is located in South Tampa with over 60 team members focused around 6 key areas of development: FINANCE BUY SELL DESIGN BUILD FURNISH Today he lives with his loving and supportive wife and their two children, and dedicates his time building relationships throughout Tampa Bay. Ramos’ philanthropic involvement is broad, raising awareness for primary immunodeficiences (PI) with the Jeffrey Modell Foundation, All Children’s Hospital and the University of South Florida’s Department of Pediatrics.
