James Alton Bechand

James Alton Bechand is a longtime presence in the Huntington, New York, business community who leads Mesh Creative Group, an independent marketing agency, as well as the printing company Aris Graphics. With the latter firm, James Alton Bechand undertakes client-driven projects of any size and scope, and has production capabilities that range from in-store displays to promotional packaging.

One of Mr. Bechand’s successful brand-building endeavors has been working with a client in a concept-to-fulfillment role that saved the company $1 million in marketing costs. Complementary services at Mesh help ensure impactful design and seamless deployment within highly competitive verticals. The end result is consistent referrals and long-term client relationships.

Prior to launching his own business in 2000, Mr. Bechand held responsibilities with Winston Surnamer, Co., in Long Island City, where he served as a salesman for nearly a decade. Emphasizing effective communications with existing and new clients, he set new sales record in the company and was responsible for organizing and guiding sales team meetings. While earning a BS from Niagara University (cum laude), Mr. Bechand played intramural basketball throughout his undergraduate years.
