An experienced software engineer and project manager, James Ambrose Meyer is well-versed in web technologies like MQTT, JavaScript ES6, J2EE, and Grunt, among others. In addition, he is proficient in tech such as blockchain, data analytics, the Internet of Things, and machine learning. In 2016, James Ambrose Meyer leveraged his abilities in various programming languages and operating systems to develop Nebulr, a cloud-based storage system that optimizes file size. The codebase for the technology was written in NodeJS, while the production version was developed in Golang with support via ReactJS.

James A. Meyer founded Nebulr while working as a senior mobile app developer at SevenTablets. In addition to developing the company’s flagship STAX framework to support app development, he led efforts on apps like Ready Set Pour, Sous Vide, and NextUp. He previously served as a technical architecture senior analyst at Accenture, where he provided web and application support to eBay and dexmedia.

Mr. Meyer has additional software and IT experience in varying capacities at Northrop Grumman, Citigroup, and Alcatel-Lucent. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from The Pennsylvania State University and is an alumnus of Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, where he was captain of the rugby team and an Athlete of the Year nominee.
