I spend my time at the intersection of innovation, growth and hustle. In 2013 I sold my boutique agency Social People where we had built social media & data analytics initiatives for clients like Nike, Equinox, The Grammy's & Beats By Dre. In 2014 I got the "band back together" & launched True Story Labs. Our studio designs audience and product possibilities for corporations, startups and movements. True Story Labs weaves between content, product development, data and culture to help clients create new ideas, brands, products and customers. I appear on TV from time to time and speak globally.

In the "roaring 1990's" I was a senior product marketer at Columbia Records where I helped create superstar brands. For a short time I headed up Marc Ecko's brand at Ecko Unlimited while soaking up his genius. In 98' I sold my startup, SoulPurpose.com to UBO and we raised $40m and hired 320 employees in 15 months. At UBO we failed to finish what we started but I learned a ton! In the early 2000's I created a social media practice at Ketchum PR. I left in 2010 to launch Social People and created the 1st Social Media Guinness World Record #BeatCancer which raised $70,000 for cancer in 24 hrs using social media

In my free time I hang out with family, travel, collect vinyl & DJ, run a podcast show, eat nutritious Paleo food, and train at a Kettlebell focused gym. I hold board seats at University of Miami, Frost School of Music, Startup Atlanta and Women At The Frontier. I am a Bay Area native, went to high school in Palo Alto and attended UCLA the only college that matters in LA.
