Splitting time between Southern California and the North Shore of Oahu through his teen and University years, James Arthur developed an integrated approach to business and reconnecting with the environment. Emblematic of his triple-bottom line business ideal, CR8Change.org, a green web hosting company he founded plants a tree on behalf of every account, every month.

As a founding partner of AdQuantify.com; Mr. Smith helped pioneer the use of web 2.0 technologies to catalyze sustainable market awareness for publicly traded companies. Leading the Company from conception through commercialization, Mr. Smith oversaw strategic management responsibilities, which integrate finance, communications, marketing, and securities law compliance. AdQuantify continues to serve its’ clients facilitating effective real-time communication between public companies, the financial community, and other constituencies, which ultimately help contributes to a company's securities achieving fair market valuation.
