Two Investigative reporters working for the Los Angeles Times who uncovered information for stories they wrote about U.S. policy toward Iraq and were rewarded at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government with a prize of $25,000. The second annual Goldsmith Awards were given to those achieving excellence in investigative reporting, --given under the auspices of the Kennedy School's Shorentein Center. The prizes were awarded to Douglas Frantz and Murray Waas for a series on U.S. government policy toward Iraq,.
