James Bologa

James Bologa is a compassionate leader with a commitment to student success and workforce readiness. As CEO of Porter and Chester Institute, he has cultivated a culture of accountability and care among 700 employees while expanding career services for students. His approachable leadership style stems from a belief in active listening and consensus-building. Outside the office, James enjoys ice hockey and volunteering at the Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Luke, where he chairs the Endowment Fund. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree and is certified in Lean Tools and Six Sigma.
