James Branca

James Branca has been involved in more than two dozen real estate projects in the Hamptons since he began operating there in 1995. He already had seven years of experience in the real estate investment and development industry in New York, the city where he grew up and received his education. He is a 1985 honors graduate of Hunter College, where he earned a degree in Sociology. An accomplished professional, Branca’s portfolio of commercial properties includes a multi-story office building in Dallas, Texas, and the 111,000-square-foot, Class A office building located in the heart of Uptown Dallas. The latter features a staggering 16,000 square feet of retail space. This property was co-purchased with a group of investors for the amount of 24,000,000 in 2006.
