James A Brookshire went to Tri-State University where he did a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering. Later on, he attended Kettering University from where he earned Masters of Science’s, Manufacturing Management and Operations Management.

James Brookshire attended the Management Institute of Business where he earned Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management, and Executive Certifications.

Jim Brookshire worked as Vice President of Operations at Crossroads Kombucha Brewery Fort Wayne, Indiana from 2018 – 2019.

While working there, James A Brookshire was responsible for overall P&L, operations, sales, distribution and process development of a manufacturing brewing facility including Supply Chain Management, Tea Processing, Fermentation Processes, Flavoring Production, Carbonation Processes, Testing/Quality Processes, Bottling Production and Logistics of product with high, low and customized volume needs, producing products across two shifts.
