Formerly Head Psychologist at a Global Psychology Consultancy, James has over twenty years experience consulting with UK and Global organisations about psychology at work. He is a former Council Member of the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology, a Chartered Psychologist and is registered with the Health Professions Council. He has spoken and published widely on contemporary issues in Talent Management and Psychological Assessment
