Support users across multiple sites on PC's and desktop phones. Support MS Office, AutoCAD, and other misc engineering software packages. Work with management to ensure that everyone's computers are up to date and hardware is keeping up with software requirements. Continued development of remote desktop support software that I wrote in VB.NET for use by all desktop support staff.
