Born nearly 2 months ahead of schedule, at 4 lbs, my first few weeks were spent in an incubator. That was only the start of my fight against the machine.

Growing up in a split family is never a bed of roses, but if I were to have my adolescence again, I wouldn't change a thing. The learning curve of a fractured upbringing has allowed a deep appreciation of strength and looking out for those around me.

Now, as a doting father and husband everything is resting on my strive for provision. What can be more important than keeping your family safe and warm? Apart from maybe a sports car.

I like to get away by throwing some weights around and going toe 2 toe with a like minded ftness freak in the ring.

I work hard. Very hard............

...................Oh, and I love my daughter more than anything in the world.

If we all did the things we are capable of, we would astound ourselves.
