Hello World!
I find myself at a fork in the road and its time to make some serious decisions. I just graduated with a Marketing background, worked a couple months in sales, and realized I need to pursue my dream to become a sneaker designer. Should I play it safe and continue with a marketing career OR take a risk to pursue my dream? Well, I've decided the latter, and I am committed to see this through and put in the work to give myself a fighting chance.
My Plan is this...
1.Start Community College for basic classes
2.Build skills and portfolio
3.Transfer out to an accredited design school
4.Get an internship
5.Get a job...
Simple enough, I invite you to join me on this journey. This will be used as a journal to record mostly things I learn along the way because knowledge is key right now, also my struggles and anything else I can share that would be helpful. I am still unsure as to how it will turn out, but the only way to find out is to dive in; hopefully you can read this and get something out of it as well.
