I'm a social and cultural historian who focuses the bulk of my research on social, political, and economic phenomena in the 20th and 21st centuries. I seek solutions to gender, race, and class-based inequalities, and work to develop ways to influence individuals and groups to pursue projects and programs from a position of enlightened self-interest.
When I get a bit agitated by all that, I play with cats, take photographs, and listen to music that would make most people cringe.
