Hi, I’m James!

I currently own and run a small business in Dunedin, New Zealand.

Prior to coming to Dunedin I worked as a chef for five years and It was during this time that I really became interested in the quality of food and ingredients. Additionally, my mom was a dietitian while I was growing up so I've always had an appreciation and understanding of what a healthy lifestyle entails.

My interest in the areas of health, and wellness has only increased in the last couple years so it seemed like a perfect fit to start a business based on these principles.

All of our products are 100% natural and cover many different areas for people of all different lifestyles! We have everything from KetoCoffee and protein shakes to beauty products just to name a few!
