A freewheeler at heart, i’m often found looking for the most innovative approach to any given problem. Ask me about minimalist and scalable solutions for growth companies and startups and we could talk for hours.

I recently landed on my feet at Grand Cru Games, a startup based in Helsinki that makes incredible games for mobile devices (See: Supernauts.com).

As Head of Support I am busy creating all player support processes and communications, as well as developing and running our communities and social media, writing marketing copy for our products, blogging for our websites and generally getting stuck in wherever I can.

Before Grand Cru I did a whole bunch of other stuff, including coordinating support outsourcing and player communications for Supercell, Logistics Management for Pfizer and training support staff for Nokia. You can find more detail in my CV, linked below.
