I am a passionate life-long entrepreneur, visionary, and technology enthusiast who loves making the world a better place. Having started and been involved with many start-ups and companies that have experienced exponential growth, I am intimately familiar with the challenges and successes that are unique to start-ups and fast growing companies while consistently being able to deliver enterprise-level business solutions to Global 500 companies.

I have had the opportunity to work across many industry verticals and directly with executive management, leveraging my wide net of experience to systematically create and implement the right strategic solutions for the business requirements at hand. I was fortunate to experience the first dotcom boom along with AGENCY.COM during the 90s and believe that we are currently undergoing another explosion of innovation with the socialization, mobilization, and localization of the Web. All facets of people, process, and technology are undergoing the next round of transformation and I am grateful to continue to be a part of it.

I am blessed with a beautiful family consisting of my wife Christina and our children Hunter James, Lance Joseph, and Lyla Rose Droskoski. Having recently lost my 28 year old brother, Andrew Droskoski, in a car accident, I had a life-changing shift in my perspective approaching each day with a new sense of gratitude, humility, and understanding of the fragility of life.
