By day I help people, brands, and bands takeover the internet with my digital media company Replenish New Media. At night I can be found publishing stories on WV11.co.uk the community news website I co-founded and taking part in various voluntary groups in my local area. I also play drums in my post-rock band Arbor Lights.

I have a wonderful wife, called Steph and an awesome son called Jordan (aka ‘TBK’).

My favourite band is Pearl Jam and I support Aston Villa Football Club (for my sins).
