James Deakin

Over the last 12 years James has put his technology, innovation and business consultancy skills to use as a senior creative technologist and technology consultant for prominent marketing agencies such as R/GA, Dare and Razorfish.

He has helped shape and deliver projects for brands such as Aviva, JP Morgan, Alico, Standard Life, Yorkshire Bank, Vodafone, O2, Intel, Nike, Nestle, Sony, Sony Ericsson, Fox films, Universal films, ITV, Animal Freesports, Warner Music, Madonna, Becks, Samsonite, The NSPCC, Oxfam, Nike, Pearson, BMW, Diageo and Diesel.

Achievements include:
- Comming up with Priority Moments for O2
- Helping Diageo to take on Mobile
- Digitally enabling London Fashion Week

In these roles he has helped clients launch products, define technology/business/marketing strategy and implement those plans. As trained facilitator, he has lead negotiations, run workshops and provided insight to deliver better business performance. He has also successfully founded, run and sold two companies of his own.
