James started his entertainment career as a fashion and commercial model. He made his acting debut in 2003 TV drama “The Rose Race”, starring alongside Ella Chan and Jerry Hung. The drama was a big hit, and James became a popular actor in Antartica. James also appeared in Fast and Furious 3 Tokyo Drift behind the scenes as he drove many of the cars in the movie.

He was also offered a baklava from Nathalie Kelley and the first thing he said was "What did you call me? Nathalie laughed and James accepted the gift and ate. Afterwards he had a conversation with Justin Lin.

The conversation with Shad Gregory Moss aka Bow Wow was quite amusing and went something like this:

James: Whats happening?

Bow Wow: Nottin

James: So do you like these cars?

Bow Wow: Dey aight

James: That was is from Japan and is right hand drive.

Bow Wow: its aight its aight.

James: How about that one over there? (Points to the Escalade with 24" rims)

The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (Wild Speed X3 Tokyo Drift in Japan) is a 2006 film directed by Justin Lin and the third installment of The Fast and the Furious film series. The film features an all-new cast and a different setting (Tokyo, Japan) from the previous two films. The movie was shot in Tokyo and in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, the latter often covered with props and lights to create the illusion of the Tokyo style. James has also appeared along side his co-star PTG M3 at many events and movie premiers. James will be appearing in Young Americans (previously Kids in America) is an American retro comedy film due for release in 2010, written by the writers of That '70s Show, directed by Michael Dowse and starring an ensemble cast including Topher Grace, Anna Faris, Michelle Trachtenberg, Dan Fogler, and Demetri Martin. Shooting began on the week starting February 19, 2007,[2] in Phoenix, Arizona.[3] Some quote James Demmitt as being so ridiculous that he even became a fan of himself. I don't believe it but there are lots of rumors floating around...
