James Derrick Jones Sr.
Founder & President | Nonprofit Executive | Social Impact Leader | Community Program Manager
Hello, I'm James Derrick Jones Sr., a nonprofit executive, mentor, author, and community leader dedicated to creating opportunities that help individuals build stable, productive, and successful lives.
As the Founder and President of The Reinvention Center, I lead programs that support workforce development, financial literacy, career readiness, mentorship, counseling, and successful community reintegration. My mission is to reduce barriers to employment, education, and personal growth while empowering individuals to become self-sufficient and engaged members of their communities.
I have experience developing community programs, building strategic partnerships, leading nonprofit initiatives, coordinating volunteers, facilitating workshops, and speaking at conferences, youth summits, and educational forums. I have also presented for the United States Attorney's Office and the Public Defender's Office on topics related to reintegration, personal responsibility, and community empowerment.
In addition to my nonprofit work, I am the author of three books and the host of the Growth Hour Podcast, where I discuss leadership, financial literacy, personal development, and second-chance opportunities.
