James Devin, Jr

I graduated from Marist College in 1999 with a BA in Communications.

After a brief stint as a Marketing Coordinator for a small Credit Union following graduation, I've spent my entire professional career at West World Media.

My responsibilities over the years have grown to include; Sales & Business Development, Hiring & Firing, Product Development & Implementation, serving as department head for our various buisness lines and I currently hold the role of VP - Operations.

Outside of the workplace I am the proud father of 3 wonderful kids. I serve on the board of the local Baseball and Softball league and am acting T-Ball Commissioner.

I am a problem solver who can fix the immediate crisis and prevent future breakdown through my analytical approach to both the subject matter and the people involved.

I believe that everyone has been given a gift and it is our job to discover what our gift is and implement it in our daily lives. I have the ability to see what motivates people and I work everyday to inspire the people around me in a way that will be most beneficial to their individual needs.
