Help! Save the Statue of Liberty!
The year was 1984. I was 9 years old and I knew that I had to do something to help save the Statue of Liberty. A book sale. So my friends and I gathered our books, merchandised them in my family’s garage, and painted the town of Thornton, Illinois with orange flyers.
It paid off to the tune of nearly $75, a sum that would definitely help according to the letter penned by President Ronald Reagan. Proud kids…patriots…entrepreneurs, even.
When you’re 9, you can save a symbol of your nation with a book sale. You don’t really know much about limitations and their constraints; those arise later in life. And that’s where the problem starts…self-imposed, limiting beliefs. Limits affect how companies are structured, their cultures, and how we work and act individually. They lead to a status quo orientation, impacting morale, growth opportunities, and innovative thinking.
From designing business solutions and organization architectures to keynote speaking and coaching teams, I help overcome those issues by addressing them head on. The result: Sustainable growth, improved EBITDA, and a team that is engaged around a common purpose.
What if you and your organization lived with No Limits?
Let me come speak with your organization about acting more effectively, acting without regard for constraining limitations, or a number of other topics. Or if that’s too much, let’s just get together for an initial discussion on what's happening in your organization.
Whatever the case, take the first step and reach out to me. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
